About Us
Norm Hull is a native of Illinois who moved to Florida in 1969 with the U.S. Navy. After the service, he went back to law school and graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida. He served as a law clerk to the Chief United States District Judge in Orlando before going into private practice. For several years he worked as an attorney representing construction contract surety companies in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in litigated matters. His practice also included representing surety companies in completing bonded construction projects and general civil litigation. In 1983, he established his own private practice and currently represents clients in the areas of bankruptcy (both debtor and creditor), construction law, business law, surety law, family law, civil litigation and general civil practice. He has extensive experience in trials, both jury and non jury, arbitrations and mediations, including serving as an arbitrator and mediator. He is an adjunct instructor at Florida A& M University College of Law and Barry University School of Law. He has an “av” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating from this peer review service. He is fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken. Norm Hull believes that legal advice should be personal, legally sound and practical. This is why he insists upon consulting with each client initially and on an ongoing basis in order to seek solutions to the client’s problems He believes that telephone calls and e-mails should be returned promptly and that every client deserves to be kept current on what is
